Success at IPO Hearing

UK IPO's hearing officer thanks Handsome I.P.'s Richard Smith and decides in his favour. The recently published and reported decision (BL O/425/15 - https://www.ipo.gov.uk/p-challenge-decision-results/o42515.pdf) concerning one of Richard's clients found that claim 1 had been amended in a way which did not add any subject matter which had not been originally and implicitly disclosed in the application as filed. Richard said after the result has been announced "I am glad the hearing office agreed with my arguments. The patent has now been granted which my clients are very pleased about too."
