China and UK agree Fast-Track Patenting
A recent (July 2014) agreement between the UK and China allows for the possibility of reducing the time it takes to get a Chinese patent granted. To take advantage of this the UK patent must be granted before examination has started in China. Accelerated examination in the UK may therefore be desirable. Contact us for further information.
