Fast Track for U.S. Software Patent Applications

The new USPTO "Patent Glossary Pilot Program" allows software-related patent applications to receive expedited processing, on the condition that a glossary section is included in the patent application to define terms used in the claims. Please ask us about this option if you are intending to seek protection in the US.
