Renewals
We offer a
service whereby we maintain a record of your I.P. and ensure that, with
your permission, any renewal fees are paid on time. This is because, for
most countries, including the UK, renewal fees for patents have to be paid
every year if you wish to keep your patent. Similar arrangements, although
on a less often basis, exist for registered trade marks and registered
designs.
Furthermore, we can be your registered address for official
communications from the Intellectual Property Office (The Patent Office)
in the UK and the European Patent Office. This ensures that we are able to
look after your interests and keep you informed of any developments such
as someone opposing or trying to invalidate your I.P. right.
