Following a review of intellectual property rights, the new small claims service will be set up at the Patents County Court, which will limit costs and award damages up to £5,000. Centre is part of the University of Bath.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The UK Patent Office (IPO) has announced that its official
fees will increase from 6th April 2010. For instance, the fee for
requesting an official search will increase from £100 to £150
and the fee for requesting substantive examination will increase from 70
pounds to £100. More significantly, renewal fees will increase. For
instance, the first one, due at the end of the fourth year, will increase
from £50 to £70 and the last one, due at the end of the
nineteenth year, will increase from £400 to £600. If you have
any queries or want to know how to beat the increase in renewal fees and
pay only the present, lower, renewal fees then please call us now.

Wragge & Co. in Bristol on 4 June, 2008 which discussed recent case

Science and Industry Council at Bristol Zoo on 23 May, 2008. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Handsome I.P. attended the Business Start-Up Exhibition at
the London Excel Centre 25-26 April, 2008.
