Confidentiality Agreements

Confidentiality agreements, also known as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), are between two parties and set out the conditions under which information is disclosed by one party to the other party. It defines and restricts how the information, which may relate to an invention, may be used by the receiving party.

These agreements may be one-way, in that only one party is disclosing information, or two-way, in that both parties are disclosing information. Of course, if there are more than two parties the agreements could be multi-way. Such agreements are commonplace in business.

We can provide you with a tailored confidential agreement. Also, we are able to consider any such agreement which you have been asked to sign and advise you as to what it really means.
