they are only available to the owners and licensees of registered
trademarks for the domain names in question until 10 June 2010. The

Centre is part of the University of Bath.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The UK Patent Office (IPO) has announced that its official
fees will increase from 6th April 2010. For instance, the fee for
requesting an official search will increase from 100 pounds to 150 pounds
and the fee for requesting substantive examination will increase from 70
pounds to 100 pounds. More significantly, renewal fees will increase. For
instance, the first one, due at the end of the fourth year, will increase
from 50 pounds to 70 pounds and the last one, due at the end of the
nineteenth year, will increase from 400 pounds to 600 pounds. If you have
any queries or want to know how to beat the increase in renewal fees and
pay only the present, lower, renewal fees then please call us now.

Wragge & Co. in Bristol on 4 June, 2008 which discussed recent case
